Recreational Gymnastics

For girls ages 5 to 11

Our girl’s gymnastics program consists of one hour of instruction on Olympic size gymnastics apparatus including the uneven parallel bars, balance beams, trampoline and tumble track, the floor exercise, and other specialized equipment. A rotation schedule is set allowing students to rotate to two of the four stations listed above. All of our equipment is adjustable so that it will better fit the needs of each child according to their age and ability. We offer beginning through advanced levels of gymnastics training in a progressive environment, thus allowing students to advance at their own individual rate.

Each class is kept to a low student/teacher ratio allowing students to have more individualized attention with their instructor. Classes are taught from a unique (yet required) progressive gymnastics lesson plan. This allows instructors to keep track of each child’s progress, ensuring that the individual student’s needs are met accordingly.

1 class a week- $100 a month

2 classes a week- $190 a month

3 classes a week- $270 a month

*We charge a $60 annual membership fee for all students. Sibling discounts available.
